Order in Council 1403/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Jeanie Theoharis of Mississauga be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending January 5, 2024.

Further,

whereas Jeanie Theoharis was appointed as part-time member and associate chair of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective November 20, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1521/2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1521/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
