OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated April 29, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 2(a)(b)(e), 6,16(1)(

b) and (g), and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 2(1)(o), 9(3) and 9(4), and Sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) and 1(

A) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Aecon Construction Group, c.o.b. as Aecon-Fabco, in an amount not to exceed Two Million, Two Hundred and Fifty Five Thousand and Fifty Seven Dollars ($2,255,057.00), authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on April 24, 2009, on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated April 29, 2009; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
