OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated July 16, 2009, and pursuant to subsection 10(1) of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty The Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of that portion of PID 01288323, being 1.037 hectares, more or less, of land situate, lying and being at or near Antigonish, County of Antigonish, Province of Nova Scotia, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on a plan marked
Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the said Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, the said expropriation being for the public purpose of improvements of Highway 104, Antigonish County.
