OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 22, 1998, pursuant to clause 16(1)(
b) of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement, 20 feet wide, for the installation, removal, replacement, repair, maintenance and use of a domestic water pipeline, with respect to Crown land at Tickle Channel, Guysborough County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the Town of Canso, a body corporate with its head office at Canso, Guysborough County, for the consideration of $500.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
