Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: \x09(a)\x09purchase up to eight properties, identified with Parcel Identification Numbers (PID) 40150039, 40216160, 40150047, 40150054, 40216178, 00572065, 40216210 and 40216152, located south of Dutch Settlement, Halifax County containing in total 799.11 +/- hectares (1,978 +/- acres), each PID shown marked with a black dot on

Schedule "A" attached to and form part of the report and recommendation, from Laurie Isenor & Sons Limited, its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns for $1,334.16 per hectare, the total purchase price not to exceed $1,066,142.00, subject to the condition that Laurie Isenor & Sons Limited, its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and \x09(b)\x09execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
