OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy and Mines dated September 11, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 26A of

Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2015, the Marine Renewable-energy Act , as well as pursuant to Sections 4B(1) and 4B(2) of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act, is pleased to appoint Power Advisory LLC as Procurement Administrator for the one-time procurement of marine renewable energy under the Electricity Act through means of an open license call under the Marine Renewable-energy Act , effective immediately and ending upon the issuance of the license and PPA, subject to the terms and conditions present in the Agreement attached as

Schedule “A”.
