On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to
section 7 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 , the appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency of Alicia Fraser by Order-in-Council 545/2022 dated March 10, 2022 is hereby revoked, effective as of June 23, 2023, as Alicia Fraser has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency.
