OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Office of Addictions and Mental Health dated December 2, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective March 29, 2022, to:

a) authorize the Minister responsible for the Office of Addictions and Mental Health entering into a net debt obligation in a total amount not to exceed $1,279,000.00 in respect of capital expenses required to retrofit spaces for use in the new model of care for pre-school autism services; and

b) approve the Minister responsible for the Office of Addictions and Mental Health entering into such agreements and signing such documents as may be required to implement the new model of care for pre-school autism services and give effect to this order.
