OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 23, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 13 of
Chapter 250 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Titles Clarification Act, is pleased to approve Petition No. 37017 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue a certificate of release to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim to the parcel of land containing 38 hectares, more or less, situate at Rear Port Hood, in the County of Inverness, more particularly shown hatched on the plan in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
