Order in Council 88/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code , R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,

Ruth MacIntyre of Ottawa

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of five years, effective January 13, 2018 to and including January 12, 2023.
