OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated August 25, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Vaunda C. MacClure of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1999-267 dated May 26, 1999; and (
b) appoint Vaunda C. MacLaren of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits.
