OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated April 11, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Bertha E. Parker, made pursuant to Order in Council 83-193 dated February 15, 1983; and (
b) appoint Bertha E. Gaudet of Arichat, Richmond County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits.
