OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and ecommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated April 6, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Phil Blandin, made pursuant to Order in Council 96-462, dated June 18, 1996; and (
b) appoint Phil Blandin of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
