Section 1 of the Seafood Processing Act,

chapter S-5.3 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2006, is amended 1 L’article 1 de la

a) by repealing the following

definitions:

Section 36 of the Act is amended 4 L’article 36 de la Loi est modifié (

a) by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:

Section 37 of the Act is amended in the portion pre- ceding paragraph (

a) by striking out “fish purchaser licence” and substituting “fish buying licence”;

Section 46 of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted: 18 L’article 46 de la Loi est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 46 The fee for the issuance of a fish buying licence under subsection 36(1) or the renewal of a fish buying licence under

47 If the Registrar refuses to issue a fish buying licence under subsection 36(1) or renew a fish buying licence un- der

44 The Act is amended by adding after

section 80 the following: 44 La Loi est modifiée par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’article 80 : Training approved by the Minister Formation agréée par le ministre 80.1 The Minister may approve training programs re- lating to the handling of fish for the purposes of this Act or the regulations. 80.1 Le ministre peut agréer les programmes de forma- tion relatifs à la manutention de poisson aux fins d’appli- cation de la présente loi ou des règlements. Training certificate Attestation de formation 80.2(1) An organization that provides a training pro- gram approved by the Minister under

section 80.1 shall issue a training certificate to any person who successfully completes the training program. 80.2(1) L’organisme qui dispense un programme de for- mation qu’agrée le ministre en vertu de l’article 80.1 dé- livre une attestation de formation à la personne qui réussit son programme de formation. 80.2(2) A training certificate referred to in subsection (1) shall include the following information: 80.2(2) L’attestation de formation que prévoit le para- graphe (1) renferme les renseignements suivants : (
