Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, dated June 5, 2007, and pursuant to clauses 7(

c) and 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, the Crown Lands Act, 1989, and

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (a)amend Order in Council 2005-56, dated February 11, 2005, by striking out "22.5¦hectares (56¦acres)" in clause (

a) and substituting "36.83¦hectares (91¦acres)"; and (b)authorize the Minister to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
