Order in Council 1091/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

By Order in Council O.C. 1826/2021, Patricia Croft, of the City of Toronto, was re-appointed as a member and re-designated as vice-chair of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board. Ms. Croft resigned effective June 30, 2023.

Therefore , pursuant to subsections 29(3) and 29(7) of the Public Service Pension Plan, set out in

Schedule 1, as amended, under the Public Service Pension Act , 1989, Order in Council O.C. 1826/2021 is revoked effective June 30, 2023.
