e) of Order in Council 953/2000 are rescinded, (

c) Leslie Arnold, chief executive officer of the Forensic Psychiatric Services Commission, is declared to have the status of a deputy minister, (

d) the terms and conditions of employment of Leslie Arnold, including remuneration, continue to be those that applied to her immediately prior to the declaration in paragraph (c), and (

e) the Public Service Act and the regulations under the Act, apply to Leslie Arnold, except
