OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated June 21, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court, each for a further term of office commencing July 13, 2006 and ending July 13, 2010: Scott Barnett of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Gregg W. Knudsen of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (
b) determine the remuneration for Scott Barnett and Gregg W. Knudsen to be at the rate determined by Order in Council 2005-295 dated July 13, 2005, and as amended from time to time by the Governor in Council.
