OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated November 19, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 12 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia,1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, as agent of His Majesty in Right of the Province, to sell property at 419 Main Street, Mulgrave, Nova Scotia, for and on behalf of His Majesty the King in Right of the Province; and (

b) authorize the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to engage the Department of Public Works to assist in the sale of the property in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation and the Department of Public Works dated October 26, 2005.
