OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 26, 2002, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 415 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Scott Maritimes Limited Agreement

(1965) Act, and pursuant to the 1965 Agreement between the Province and Kimberly-Clark Inc. attached as a

Schedule to the aforesaid Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to enter into an Agreement with Kimberly-Clark Inc. respecting the stumpage rates pursuant to Clauses III 2F(iii) and (iv) and G of the 1965 Agreement in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation
