OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated August 12, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Construction Grant Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the Capital District Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed three million, five hundred twenty nine thousand, six hundred dollars ($3,529,600.00) in order that the Capital District Health Authority can proceed with the hemodialysis expansion at the Halifax Infirmary site, the cost of which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to "Capital Grants, Department of Health and Wellness”, effective September 3, 2013.
