OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Finance dated January 16, 2008, and pursuant to subsection (6) of
Section 44 of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2007, the Financial Measures
(2007) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Section 21 of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2007, the Financial Measures
(2007) Act, which amends
Chapter 217 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Income Tax Act, do come into force on and not before January 29, 2008, with effect on and after January 1, 2007.
