Order in Council 1901/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. N.5, John Simperl of Rosslyn, Ontario, previously appointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1550/2014, is reappointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation during pleasure for a term not exceeding three (3) years, commencing December 3, 2016.
