OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 24, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to Order in Council 2002-102 dated March 8, 2002, is pleased, effective February 24, 2006, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Jamie Muir as Minister of Economic Development, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2006-105 dated February 17, 2006; and (

b) appoint the Honourable Kerry Morash, a Member of the Executive Council, as Minister responsible for the Office of Economic Development, who may be described as the Minister of Economic Development.
