OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 17, 2016, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a grant or deed to convey a parcel of Crown lands containing approximately 5.13 hectares (12.68 acres), located at Bloomfield, Digby County, and shown as outlined in bold and shaded in grey on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to the Municipality of the District of Digby, a body corporate having its registered office at Digby, Nova Scotia, its successors and assigns, for the sum of $1,000 plus any associated costs: and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
