Order in Council 899/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 484/2014, dated the 26th day of March 2014, Mary Joanne Ferguson was reappointed as a member of the Elgin Group Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from December 8, 2013;

And

whereas Mary Joanne Ferguson has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Elgin Group Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Mary Joanne Ferguson is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Elgin Group Police Services Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
