OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated January 29, 2004, and pursuant to Sections 5 and 8 of
Chapter 20 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1990, the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation Act, is pleased to authorize the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation to enter into Licencing Agreements for the FirstWorks program in substantially the form set out in the Licencing Agreement set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
