Order in Council 252/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas James McKenzie was appointed full-time member and Associate Chair of the Ontario Municipal Board;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 5(3) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 ,

James McKenzie be paid an annual remuneration of $146,700 during the term of his appointment.

Further, James McKenzie be eligible for benefits, including vacation, comparable to the benefit entitlements of OPS executives in the Senior Management Group.

Further, James McKenzie may elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.

And further, James McKenzie be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses while engaged in the business of the Ontario Municipal Board in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
