OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated April 19, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 22 of

Chapter 9 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1987, the Offshore Petroleum Royalty Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Energy to enter into an agreement with Pengrowth Energy Corporation, on terms and conditions agreed to by the Executive Council.
