Order in Council 1227/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Lori Marzinotto was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective November 29, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1538/2019;

And

whereas Lori Marzinotto was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term effective November 28, 2019 and ending November 28, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1722/2019;

And

whereas Lori Marzinotto tendered her resignation effective March 18, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Orders in Council O.C. 1538/2019 and 1722/2019 be revoked effective March 18, 2022.
