OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated August 7, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 9 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to transfer, at no charge, one (1) surplus 1999 New Holland Tractor, Model TV140 VERSATILE, S/N 203385, to the Cape Breton Federation of Agriculture, North Sydney, Nova Scotia, and to enter into and carry out such agreements and undertakings and execute and deliver such assignments, bills of sale, and other instruments and documents as are necessary to give effect to such transfer.
