OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 28, 1998, pursuant to clause 16(1)(
b) of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a right of way with respect to Crown land situate at Bedford, Halifax County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation to Halifax Regional Municipality, for the nominal consideration of $1.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
