OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated May 19, 2011, and pursuant to clause 5(2)(
f) and subsection 5(3) of
Chapter 138 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1969 (as amended), the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Act, is pleased to appoint Michael Donovan of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design for a term commencing July 5, 2011 and ending on August 31, 2014.
