Order in Council 1464/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Leonard Ellery was appointed as part-time member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a fixed term of two years, effective February 14, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 237/2020;

And

whereas Leonard Ellery tendered his resignation effective July 8, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act , Order in Council O.C. 237/2020 be revoked effective July 8, 2021.
