OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, dated December 3, 2020, and pursuant to

section 8(1) of

Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Robert E. Bourgeois of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Sydney Steel Corporation made by Order in Council 2017-336 dated December 12, 2017; and (

b) appoint Josh Burk of Halifax Regional Municipa1ity (Halifax) as a member of the Sydney Steel Corporation Board of Directors for a term of five years commencing December 15,2020.
