OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 31, 2021, and pursuant to Sections 2A and 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective August 31, 2021, to: (
a) direct that the Department of Communities, Culture and Heritage be renamed the Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage; and (
b) assign all affairs and matters relating to tourism which have heretofore been assigned by or under any Act of the Legislature to the Department of Inclusive Economic Growth or the Minister of Inclusive Economic Growth to the Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage or the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage, as the case may be.
