OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated October 4, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 672.38 of

Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code, is pleased to: (

a) extend the appointment of Peter Lederman of Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board for a term of office commencing March 2, 2004, and expiring November 22, 2005; (

b) reappoint Peter Lederman of Truro, Colchester County, as Chair of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board for a term of office of three years commencing November 23, 2002; and (

c) determine that the remuneration of Peter Lederman as Chair of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board be at the rate of $150.00 per hour to a maximum of 55 hours per month, together with reasonable expenses.
