Section 262 of
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased to approve the repeal by the Minister of Service Nova Scotia of the Voluntary Penalty Regulations, N.S. Reg. 46/71, approved by Governor in Council by Order in Council 71-970 dated September 28, 1971, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 20, 2014.
