OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated December 5, 2001, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Heather A. Robinson, made pursuant to Order in Council 96-265 dated April 16, 1996; and (
b) appoint Heather A. MacLean of Sheet Harbour, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
