Order in Council 1255/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jacqueline Morrison of Toronto, was reappointed by O.C. 152/2022 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Midwives of Ontario, has resigned from her appointment effective June 21, 2024;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Midwifery Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 152/2022 be revoked.
