Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 697/2022 O10683243 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) the appointment of Manveer Sihota, made by Order in Council 697/2022, is rescinded, (

b) Manveer Sihota is appointed as a Communications Ma nager in the Office of the Premier for a term ending April 30, 2023, (

c) Manveer Sihota is to be paid in accordance with the band classification set out in the British Columbia Management Classification and Compensation Framework administered by the Public Service Agency, and (

d) terms and conditions of employmen t equivalent to those established for category C appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Manveer Sihota. 182 March 17, 2023
