Order in Council 238/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Heather Trojek of Ancaster be appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending February 7, 2023.

Further,

whereas Heather Trojek was appointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term ending February 7, 2020 by Order in Council O.C. 427/2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 427/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
