OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Immigration dated January 3, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376, of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Immigration to enter into an agreement with Citizenship and Immigration Canada, regarding the Provincial Nominee Program and Language Clauses, Francophone Initiative, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
