OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 16, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 37 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve Petition No. 36848 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue a certificate, to the parcel of land more particularly shown hatched on the plan set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim in or to those lands, containing 5.6 hectares, more or less, situate at Cole Harbour, in the County of Guysborough.
