PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Counbil No. 322 , Approved and Ordered MAR - 9 Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Anne Haddow be appointed to the position of Clerk in the Office of the Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Human Rights, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

b) the Pension (Public Service) Act applies to Anne Haddow; (

c) the appointment of Anne Haddow, made by Order in Council 252/98, is rescinded. Minister of Multiculturalism and residing em ser of the Immigration and Minister Responsible Executive Council for the Public Service (This
