COMMUNITY HEALTH ASSETS
PROTECTION ACT
HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province
of British Columbia, enacts as follows:
1 The Health Authorities Act R.S.B.C. 1996, C 180 is amended by
deleting
section 16.1.
2 The Expropriation Act R.S.B.C. 1996, C 125 is amended by deleting
section 2 (5).
3 This Act shall come into force upon Royal Assent.
