OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 12, 2002, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Joan M. V. Durnford, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 97-295 dated May 13, 1997; and (
b) appoint Joan M. V. Durnford of R.R.#3 Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while acting as an Administrative Justice of the Peace and in any event to expire March 31, 2007.
