Order in Council 277/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1) and (2) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , Shanti Gidwani of Toronto be appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors to the Boards specified in the table below to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
