Order in Council 1745/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1), (2) and (6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006,

Martin Girash of Leamington

be reappointed and redesignated as a part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Erie St. Clair Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of up to three years, effective November 20, 2016.
