Order in Council 361/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council O.C. 883/2020 dated June 4, 2020, which appointed Cathy Fooks as the patient ombudsman under subsection 13.1(1) of the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010 , be revoked effective March 29, 2021.
